We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Personal data is all data with which you can be personally identified.

a) When visiting this website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:

For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the enquiry and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data will be forwarded directly and exclusively to the respective author by e-mail and will not be stored additionally.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
c) When using forms for internal club registrations
Members can use various forms to make enquiries or registrations within the association. The data collected will be used exclusively for processing the respective enquiry and will be deleted after completion.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, as it is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
d) When using the public form for enquiries about litter adverts
For direct contact with a breeder, we provide a form under litter adverts. A valid e-mail address is required so that we know who sent the enquiry and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data will be forwarded directly and exclusively to the respective breeder by e-mail and will not be stored additionally.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in processing user enquiries.

- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.
