We promote exchange beyond the usual breed clubs and serve as a contact point for all kinds of questions.

Whether you own a High Content wolfdog, FCI registered Czechoslovakian wolfdog or a wolf-like dog with no wolf content at all: EWA membership means benefiting from a wide range of resources and expertise.
EWA’s support ranges from basic information about wolfdogs and wolfalikes to more specific topics around breeding, health and ethics. As a member, you are a part of the whole and can make an impact with your knowledge, experience and ideas.
After all, all of us can only benefit from exchange.
By becoming a member of EWA, you promote positive development in the responsible upbringing, keeping and breeding of wolfdogs and wolfalikes and benefit from a wide range of exchanges of experience.
In contrast to many other registers and clubs, every single litter plan is intensively evaluated and checked together with the breeder. We use a wide range of new and tried-and-tested methods and tools to make well-founded decisions together.

Many of our resources are open to all members so that they can deepen their knowledge of wolfdogs and wolfalikes.
All our members, breeders and owners alike, agree to abide by the Code of Ethics.
At EWA, shared values such as ethics, health and community are key.
These basic principles are important for all wolfdog breeds and mixes and create a common basis for our members.

FAQ
- What happens after I have filled in the form?
Once the form has been successfully submitted, you will receive an automatic reply from us with the payment information for the membership fee. As soon as we have received your payment, we will confirm your membership by email and you will receive your login details.
- What payment options are available for the membership fee?
The annual membership fee can be paid either via bank transfer (preferably by standing order) or via PayPal.
Please make sure to include your full name in the reason for payment so that we can allocate the payment securely!
- Who is the Plus membership for?
Plus membership is primarily aimed at breeders or those who want to become one. However, you are of course free to become a Plus member even if you do not intend to breed!
The internal database can be expanded to include breeding values for Plus members. You also get access to all our seminars. If you need support or advice when planning your breeding or your litter, the breeding committee will be happy to help and advise you. You can also use the EWA loan items for breeders. Plus membership covers all costs that are usually incurred before a litter is authorised: Breeding authorisation, registration of the kennel name and advice etc. are free of charge.
- How long does it take for my membership to be activated?
After receipt of payment and confirmation of admission by the contact person, it usually takes a maximum of one week for all internal processes to be completed and for you to receive your login details.
- Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please get in touch with the contact person in writing.
- What are my obligations as a member?
Members undertake to observe and promote EWA’s Code of Ethics. This includes respectful behaviour within the community and the promotion of responsible breeding practices.
There are no compulsory working hours or similar at EWA.
- Are there special benefits for breeders?
Yes, as a Plus member, breeders benefit from exclusive access to breeding values, personalised advice from our breeding committee and the use of special rental items for breeding. It is a prerequisite for registering a kennel or litter via EWA.
- Can I upgrade my membership from Basic to Plus?
Yes, you can upgrade to Plus membership at any time. Simply contact us and we will take care of the change and the adjustment of the membership fee.
- Do I get discounts on events as a member?
Yes, members receive different conditions for meetings and hikes. These are usually announced via the blog and social media.
- How do I find out about new seminars and events?
As a member, you have access to many different information channels: All social media platforms, the WhatsApp community and our blog are always the first port of call for information on new events!
