Our breeding dogs

All dogs listed here were required to complete a wide range of health examinations before being approved for breeding. The required examinations were determined individually based on the dog’s breed, mix, and ancestry. All submitted test results and documents were personally reviewed and verified by us to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the provided information. Transparency and traceability are among our highest priorities.

In general, it is possible to register dogs of all breeds, as well as wolfdogs and wolfalikes, as breeding dogs with the EWA. However, an active membership in our association is required for this. In this way, we create a shared foundation for responsible breeding, open exchange, and a better future for the generations to come.

Breeding Regulations

Our breeding regulations are intentionally comprehensive, as they take the individual characteristics of each dog into account. The basis for this includes both the dog’s ancestry and the breed components listed in the pedigree or breed analysis. Depending on these factors, specific breed-related and individual health examinations are required in order to assess risks as accurately as possible and enable responsible breeding decisions. Our members can access detailed explanations for all required examinations and prerequisites, making it transparent why certain requirements exist and how they contribute to the health and well-being of the dogs.

Under the Health section, we also provide a wide range of information about diseases that may occur in wolfdogs and wolfalikes. Through detailed documentation and the open exchange of health data, we aim to help minimize the occurrence of such diseases in the long term and sustainably improve the health of future generations.
